Program objective is to provide developers and investors with
project level capital for repositioning,
renovation, and value added opportunities. The program provides mezzanine debt, preferred equity and JV equity and
each range from 18 months to 5 years.
The program accesses, analyzes and invests in a
diversified mix of equity opportunities. These
opportunities include varying property types, risk profiles
and holding periods, thereby offering benefits to its clients.
Wrightwood Capital utilizes its 7-office national origination platform
and fund team to source and analyze investment opportunities.
The program seeks strong local operating
partners/ borrowers, attractive real estate and "value-added" business plans. Wrightwood Capital's Strategic
