The Wrightwood Capital Mezzanine and Equity
Program objective is to provide developers and investors with
project level capital for new development, repositioning,
renovation, and value added opportunities. The program provides mezzanine debt, preferred equity and JV equity and
each range from 18 months to 5 years.
The program accesses, analyzes and invests in a
diversified mix of equity opportunities. These
opportunities include varying property types, risk profiles
and holding periods, thereby offering benefits to its clients.
Wrightwood Capital utilizes its 9-office national origination platform
and fund team to source and analyze investment opportunities.
The program seeks strong local operating
partners/ borrowers, attractive real estate and "value-added" business plans. Wrightwood Capital's Strategic
Realty Capital Fund looks to align motivations with sponsors

“TOP-OFF” PROGRAM
The Wrightwood Capital “Top-Off” Program
offers one-stop shop financing for developers and
investors. Wrightwood Capital funds 75-80% of senior
debt and Wrightwood Capital's Mezzanine and Equity Program provides
capital above the senior debt. The "Top-Off"
investment takes the form of mezzanine debt, preferred equity,
or equity.
