industrial community for over 25 years. In Wrightwood
Capital Industrial Property Fund I and II, the first two fully
invested funds, the company has acquired over 4.3 million
square feet of industrial space valued at over $210 million.
The program is currently investing the Wrightwood Capital
Industrial Fund III LP, focusing on Chicago
industrial properties for $2M to $25M. The program seeks
to offer capital solutions to the marketplace in the following

functionality, and will generally carry long term leases to
