Mr. Bluso is responsible for structuring, distributing, and pricing large bridge and construction loans on a national basis.  He is based in Chicago , and has responsibility for the national origination platform into the syndication market. He joined Wrightwood Capital in June 2007.

Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital, Mr. Bluso was an Executive Director of Real Estate Investment Banking at Eurohypo AG, with a focus on syndications.  While at Eurohypo, he was part of a team responsible for more than $12 Billion in real estate syndications over the last three years.  Prior to his work with Eurohypo, Mr. Bluso served as Vice President of Syndications at KeyBanc Capital Markets, structuring and distributing all syndicated real estate financing activities for the institutional and income property real estate banking teams across the United States.

Mr. Bluso received both a B.A. in Economics and a MBA in Finance from Kent State University , Kent , Ohio .
