Kenneth Hargreaves serves as head of the Real Estate Finance Group for Babson Capital Management LLC, the real estate advisory arm of Mass Mutual. He is responsible for a full service real estate finance organization that manages over $17 billion in real estate debt with annual investment activity of over $4 billion. Babson Capital Management maintains a national presence through five regional offices located in Chicago, Dallas, Newport Beach, CA, Washington, DC and Springfield, MA, with activities including the origination, underwriting and servicing of commercial mortgage loans, as well as non-traditional capital market activities such as CMBS, structured private debt, single-family whole loan pools, bank debt, and REIT financing. Previously, Mr. Hargreaves served as Regional Director in the Atlanta Regional Office and was head of the Mortgage Portfolio Department. He is also a director for Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MassMutual that manages a $5 billion real estate equity portfolio. He joined MassMutual in 1972. 

Mr. Hargreaves holds a BA degree in business administration from Gettysburg College, Pennsylvania and MBA degree in finance from Northeastern University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America's Commercial Real Estate Finance/Multifamily Board of Governors, and also serves on the Investment Committee for LOMA.
