As Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, Terry Moore is responsible for the development and operations of the Company’s financing, reporting, loan servicing, and infrastructure, which includes all aspects of accounting and technology. Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital, Mr. Moore was the Chief Financial Officer for a newly-created commercial real estate company in Chicago. 

Prior to this, Mr. Moore was a Senior Manager for Coopers & Lybrand in its Chicago Real Estate Group, focused primarily on public security filings, auditing, and consulting for real estate companies. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Moore was with LaSalle Partners, a Chicago-based, international real estate company, initially as Controller of its Development Division and subsequently overseeing a $300 million commercial real estate portfolio for the firm. Mr. Moore spent the initial six years of his career as a practicing CPA with Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles and Chicago. 

Mr. Moore received a BS in Accounting from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
