Mr. Orth is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing Wrightwood Capital's mezzanine and equity investments throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital in 2002, Mr. Orth spent over 15 years as an investment manager for several real estate developers/investors in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest markets. As investment manager, Mr. Orth had oversight of project plan creation and execution, and bottom-line profit responsibility for investments ranging from large land developments to speculative office, industrial and retail building developments. Mr. Orth's responsibilities also included communication with investors/partners ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 pension funds.

Mr. Orth received a B.A. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
