In his capacity as Director, Industrial Funds, Tim is responsible for investment decisions on all properties owned or controlled by the company or the various funds it manages, including acquisitions, development joint ventures, financings and dispositions. Tim has over 18 years experience in commercial real estate. During his nine years at Wrightwood Capital, Tim has directed capital transactions in debt and equity transactions, including the acquisition of assets comprised of industrial space in the Chicago area. Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital, Tim was employed by Miglin Beitler Management Corporation as the General Manager of a downtown Chicago high-rise office building.

Tim earned a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, with majors in real estate and management and strategy. He is also actively involved in the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP).
