Donna Zarcone is founder of D.F. Zarcone & Associates LLC, a strategic advisory firm providing consulting at the executive and board level. 

As former President and Chief Operating Officer of Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc., Ms. Zarcone was responsible for establishing business strategies and providing operational direction to achieve strategic and financial results. Prior to her tenure at Harley-Davidson, Ms. Zarcone served as Executive Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer of Chrysler Systems Leasing, Inc., a computer technology leasing company. Ms. Zarcone began her career as an auditor and computer audit specialist with KPMG/Peat Marwick. 

Ms. Zarcone serves on the Board of Directors for CIGNA Corporation (Finance and Audit Committee member) and Jones Apparel Group, Inc., and is the current chair of the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Companies 2007 Policyowners’ Examining Committee. Ms. Zarcone is actively engaged civically, serving on the boards of the Economic Club of Chicago, the National Association of Corporate Directors – Chicago Chapter, the Advisory Council for the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and the Hyde Park Angels. Ms. Zarcone is a member of the Commercial Club of Chicago, the Committee of 200, the Chicago Network, and the Young Presidents’ Organization. 

Ms. Zarcone holds a BS in Accounting from Illinois State University, a MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and is a CPA.
