Dan Hartman has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and investment. For the last 4 years, Dan has originated, structured and closed debt, mezzanine and equity investments for Wrightwood Capital in the Eastern United States, concentrating on the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic markets from Virginia to Massachusetts. He previously worked with GE Capital’s North American Equity team where he was responsible for identifying and establishing equity joint venture relationships and investments with real estate operating partners in the Northeast. Previous positions have been with Daimler Chrysler Capital (debis), ORIX Real Estate and Chase Manhattan Bank. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Cornell University, a real estate degree from New York University and a MBA from Fordham University.
