Mr. Kadin joined Wrightwood Capital in September 2004 as an investment officer in the Newport Beach office where he is responsible for commercial loan origination in the Western United States. Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital, Mr. Kadin was a Senior Underwriter and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch Capital where he successfully underwrote and closed over $180 million of commercial real estate loans. Before joining Merrill Lynch Capital, Mr. Kadin was a Senior Manager with The Irvine Company where he analyzed over $1.5 billion of commercial and residential acquisitions and acquired a 170,000 square foot office property for one of the largest developers in Orange County. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Kadin was with FINOVA Realty Capital where he successfully managed a team in closing of over $300 million in CMBS loans. Mr. Kadin received his undergraduate degree in urban studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Urban Planning and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
