Mr. Kracik is responsible for leading the investment activities for Wrightwood Capital in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic portions of the United States for both senior debt and subordinated capital. Mr. Kracik started his real estate career in 1993 with Principal Global Investors, and also worked at Allstate Investments prior to joining Wrightwood Capital in 2007. He has responsibility for originating, structuring and closing investments in these designated markets, and has completed over 200 transactions throughout his career for over $2.2 billion. Mr. Kracik received a B.S. in finance from Illinois State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
