Mr. Lowinger is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing mezzanine and equity investments for Wrightwood Capital. Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital, Mr. Lowinger was the President, CEO and a founding partner of Hanover Financial Company, a real estate fund management firm, where he was responsible for directing Hanover’s investment strategy, asset and fund management, and investor relations. Prior to forming Hanover, Mr. Lowinger was Executive Vice President and Managing Director with Heller Real Estate Financial Services where he was responsible for overseeing Heller’s real estate debt and equity investments and asset management activity for the Western United States. Mr. Lowinger received his bachelors’ degree in Accounting and Finance from San Diego State University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License.
