Mr. Macedo is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing mezzanine and equity investments for Wrightwood Capital in the western United States. Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital, Mr. Macedo was principal and co-founder of Hanover Financial Company where he acted as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for the implementation of the firm’s strategic objectives as well as fund management. Mr Macedo managed over $250MM of capital invested in over $1.5 Billion of real estate projects Prior to joining Hanover, Mr. Macedo held the position of West Coast Director of commercial loan originations for Heller Real Estate Financial Services, a division of Heller Financial Incorporated. Mr. Macedo also held the positions of Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager, West Region where he managed a $700 million portfolio of real estate property loans/accounts comprising of 105 commercial and multifamily properties throughout the Western United States (Colorado to the Pacific Coast). Mr. Macedo also held the position of real estate consultant with Robert Charles Lesser and Company where he performed strategic, financial, and market analyses for over 100 consulting assignments throughout the United States. Mr. Macedo holds a BA and an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
