The Sponsor plans to re-brand the portfolio and improve signage at the properties which will allow for increased recognition and visibility.

Additional plans include the improvement of on-site management, increased merchandise sales, and enhanced marketing efforts, allowing the Sponsor to bring the portfolio’s rents and occupancy to market levels.

The Sponsor plans to redevelop the building into a luxury student housing facility, including the addition of a common outdoor living area with barbeques, lounges and dining areas.
